the hotel is very centrally located, near the beach and city hall. the reception staff was helpful and friendly. i had a premium queen room harbour view, and it was quite spacious. the bed also felt comfortable to me.

The reception staff was helpful! they assisted with packing a breakfast package because i had to leave before the regular breakfast time. This was fantastic. the staff addressed my issues to the best of their ability.

The hotel has good transportation connections, including a free shuttle bus in town! the ferry port is approximately ten minutes away! the beach is about a ten-minute walk. The hotel is conveniently near many restaurants.

the standard queen room had ample space. it included shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. the hotel is also quite close to the terminals. it made crossing the channel easy.
